Birth moms of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) regularly experience a stigma from society. In addition, many of them struggle with mental health challenges. Mike is a guest celebrity mental health public speaker that addresses the stigma surrounding mental illness. He discusses being an at risk youth with behavior problems, depression, anxiety, and his obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
